Setelah sukses mengawal kegiatan CPNS Online di Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman pada tahun 2008. Tahun ini muharihar di percaya lagi untuk mengawal kegiatan CPNS Online di dua Pemda sekaligus, yaitu: Pemerintah Kabupaten Bantul dan Pemerintah Propinsi DIY.

Dalam pelaksanaannya, muharihar bekerjasama dengan Microversa untuk kegiatan CPNS Online Bantul dan Assalam Teknologi untuk kegiatan CPNS DIY.

Muharihar juga bersyukur atas suksesnya pelaksanaan CPNS Bantul yang jumlah pendaftar yang registrasi mencapai 14.000 lebih. Sedangkan CPNS DIY mencapai 4.000 lebih pendaftar.

qoSikel 1.0 Alfa is a Web-Desktop Information System for Controlling "Government Village" Management. It based on PHP as web server language and ExtJS (http://extjs.com) as web client language. It use Oracle and MySQL as the database. qoSikel also support Charting with "flash charting method".qoSikel use qWikiOffice (http://qwikioffice.com) as the framework.
